The Bible is Off The Chain!

In 1382 the first English Bible is translated from Latin by John Wycliffe. This Bible is banned and burned. Forty four years after Wycliff’s death his bones are exhumed and burned for heresy.
The Great Bible (1539) is placed in every church by order of Thomas Cramer, arch bishop under King Henry VIII. This Bible is chained to the church pillars to discourage theft.
